Job Overview:

In the toxicology jobs role, the Product Safety Data Entry Specialist Intern will input clinical and non-clinical testing data—including chemical characterization, in vitro testing, and biocompatibility data—into Excel spreadsheets. The

intern will review accuracy, upload files into the Enterprise Workflow Management Tool (EtQ), and collaborate with the Digital Technology Team. This role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in toxicology or other life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input clinical and non-clinical testing data from electronic files
  • Review all records for accuracy and completeness
  • Upload electronic files and associated data into EtQ system
  • Collaborate with the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team
  • Work independently with strong database and IT proficiency
  • Communicate effectively with the Global Testing Program Manager
  • Maintain attention to detail in all data operations
  • Ensure familiarity with Kimberly-Clark product types
  • Support accurate documentation of chemical and biological testing data

  • Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
