Role Overview
Neuberg Diagnostics is seeking skilled Technologists with a strong background in Cancer
Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related disciplines. The ideal candidate
should have hands-on experience in Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR) and be capable
advanced diagnostic workflows in the Hematology Department. Two senior-level positions
are also available for candidates with advanced technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and specialized tests in Hematology and Molecular Diagnostics.
• Conduct Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR) assays with precision and adherence to quality
standards.
• Process and analyze patient samples while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Assist in interpreting test results and preparing timely reports.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• Follow NABL/CAP guidelines and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with clinicians, pathologists, and laboratory teams to support workflow
efficiency.
• Maintain laboratory logs, documentation, and SOPs for regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the validation and implementation of new assays, instruments, and process
improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology,
or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or molecular testing.
Skills
• Hands-on expertise in Real-Time PCR (RT-PCR).
• Strong understanding of hematology and molecular diagnostics.
• Familiarity with NABL/CAP quality standards.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-throughput laboratory environment.
