Job Overview:
This role involves executing preclinical studies, supporting translational strategies, and enabling scientific progress across immunology, oncology, and heme-oncology programs.
- Position: Associate Scientist / Senior Associate Scientist

Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MSc / MTech / MS) in Life Sciences
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
- Expertise across immunology, oncology, or heme-oncology preferred
- Industry experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preclinical experiments supporting annual Translational Medicine goals
- Deliver critical data for biomarker strategies, patient selection hypotheses, and combination studies
- Collaborate with translational scientists across multiple departments
- Maintain detailed documentation and present findings as required
- Contribute to regulatory documentation through nonclinical study reports
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in cell culture, transfection, cloning, CRISPR/TALEN workflows
- qPCR, RNA sequencing, epigenomic methods (ChIP, methylation analysis)
- Immunoassays: ELISA, MSD, Luminex, flow cytometry
- In vivo model setup for oncology/autoimmune research
- Excellent scientific communication and data reporting skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, highly adaptive, and comfortable handling complex tasks
