Job Overview:
The ITQA Lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes for IT systems in a regulated environment. Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree/B.Tech in Science, Biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve validation deliverables including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, PQ, and validation reports
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, and global GxP requirements
- Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) for GxP and non-GxP systems
- Support ERP and digital system implementation while maintaining validated state
- Lead internal and external IT audits and vendor assessments
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Mentor junior team members on ITQA and validation best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in IT quality processes
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in IT quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with CSV and risk-based validation approaches
- Knowledge of GxP, GDPR, ISO standards, and audit readiness
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and cybersecurity concepts
