Job Overview:
Perform bioanalysis of pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity assays using ligand binding methods. Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with QC/QA for data review. Prepare protocols, reports, and assay documentation while maintaining lab reagents and buffers. Participate in strategic planning and data interpretation discussions.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biological Sciences (preferably with a Biochemistry background) or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalysis using ligand binding assays for pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, procedures, and regulatory guidance
- Collaborate with the study director, QC, and QA teams during data and report review
- Support strategic planning, data analysis, interpretation, and presentation
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, methods, and reports
- Maintain reagents, buffers, and assay logbooks
- Interpret assay results and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in scientific discussions and data presentations
- Adhere to EHS requirements and attend mandatory training
Skills Required:
- Strong background in immunoassays and bioanalytical pharmacokinetics
- Hands-on experience in ligand binding assay development and validation
- Knowledge of ELISA and MSD assays
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (OECD, GxP, FDA, EMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Proficiency in LIMS, GraphPad, and documentation tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
