Job Overview:
This role supports analytical development activities in compliance with cGMP requirements. The executive will be responsible for extractables and leachables studies, method development, validation, and advanced analytical testing, making it a strong opportunity for candidates targeting executive jobs within life science jobs and pharmaceutical R&D.
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
- Develop analytical methods for Extractables & Leachables (E&L)
- Perform method validation and verification using multiple analytical techniques
- Conduct extractable and leachable studies for packaging materials
- Handle instruments such as HPLC, GC/GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP/ICP-MS, IR, UV
- Perform chemical analysis including extraction, refluxing, centrifugation, evaporation, and residue on ignition
- Prepare study templates, protocols, validation reports, and E&L reports
- Troubleshoot analytical and investigation-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation and data integrity standards
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical development and E&L studies
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and lab equipment
- Proficiency in HPLC, UPLC, KF titrator, pH meter, UV spectrometer, balance
- Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good documentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional R&D teams
