Key Responsibilities
- Develop SPR-based methods to measure kinetic and equilibrium binding constants for protein and peptide products
- Perform analytical method qualification for pipeline products
- Characterize innovator product batches and prepare quality target profiles
- Conduct analytical similarity assessments for in-house products
- Prepare Method Development Reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP)
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments in compliance with GLP regulations
- Manage chemicals, consumables, and critical reagents inventory
- Troubleshoot instruments and perform calibration as needed
Educational Requirements
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) with 2–4 years of experience in analytical method development and laboratory operations preferred
Skills Required
- Knowledge of SPR techniques and analytical method development
- Experience with GLP-compliant laboratory operations
- Strong understanding of protein and peptide characterization
- Attention to detail and accuracy in experimental reporting
- Ability to manage laboratory inventory and maintain instruments
- Collaboration and communication skills for R&D team interactions
