Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Sc. in Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lab solutions & maintain stock
- Assist in training programs
- Perform molecular biology experiments
- Prepare scientific reports
Salary: ₹25,000/month + annual increment

Qualifications:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences
- 2+ years independent experience in Karyotyping & FISH
- Fluency in English & Tamil
Desirable: BGC-I Level 1/2 Certification or 2 years counselling experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training programs
- Perform genetic testing (Karyotyping & FISH)
- Provide genetic counselling
Salary: ₹50,000/month + annual increment

GENETIC COUNSELLOR – Full Time
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Genetic Counselling, Genetics, molecular biology, Human Genetics / Medical Genetics / Genetic Engineering
- Board of Genetic Counselling, India (BGC-I) Level 1/2 – Mandatory
- 2+ years clinical/hospital genetic counselling
- Empathy and service mindedness
- Familiarity with genetic testing processes and common genetic disorders.
- Fluency in Hindi and other languages (in addition to English and Tamil)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre & post-test genetic counselling
- Family history collection and prepare pedigrees when required.
- Communicate genetic test results to patients and caregivers.
- Coordinate with clinical departments (Paediatrics, Obstetrics, ENT, Oncology and other department) to ensure comprehensive genetic evaluation and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, test reports, and communications.
- Assist in awareness programs, patient education, and community outreach.
- Participate in case discussions, journal clubs, and academic activities within the department.
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month based on experience
