Job Overview:
This scientist role supports immunogenicity risk assessment for complex generics and differentiated products. The position involves designing and executing in vitro assays, coordinating nonclinical studies, data analysis, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance across development stages.
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences
- PhD in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related fields)
- Fresh PhD graduates are eligible
- 3–6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience for non-PhD candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform immunogenicity risk assessment for preclinical products
- Develop and execute in-vitro immunogenicity assays
- Conduct flow cytometry-based immune profiling
- Establish cytokine release and T-cell proliferation assays
- Coordinate nonclinical studies and manage samples
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports
- Maintain SOPs and ensure QMS compliance
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS)
- Hands-on experience with PBMCs and mammalian cell cultures
- Assay development and validation skills
- ELISA and multiplex assay proficiency
- Statistical data analysis and scientific reporting
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
