Job Overview:
To perform quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, finished products, stability samples, and microbiological parameters as per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), pharmacopeial standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure product quality and compliance.
Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Microbiology)
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform RM and FG testing as per pharmacopeial and in-house specifications
- Conduct stability studies in line with ICH guidelines
- Execute analytical method validation (AMV) and process validation (PV) testing
- Carry out microbiological analysis including water testing and environmental monitoring
- Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and LIMS/ERP records
- Support audits, inspections, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and CAPAs
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Quality Control jobs and cGMP/GLP guidelines
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, IR, FTIR, dissolution apparatus
- Expertise in microbiology techniques and data integrity practices
- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
