Job Overview:
The Associate Product Specialist will act as a key liaison between scientific teams, commercial stakeholders, and customers. The role involves market analysis, product implementation, documentation management, customer presentations, and training support to ensure successful product adoption across genomics and NGS platforms.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, or related life science fields
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, or related omics technologies.
- Previous experience in product management or technical support within the genomics industry.
- Experience with customer-facing roles and technical presentations preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product strategy
- Develop and deliver scientific product presentations to clients
- Coordinate new product initiation, timelines, and milestone tracking
- Manage product implementation and integration workflows
- Configure and maintain test codes and TITAN systems
- Draft client communications regarding product updates
- Maintain critical documentation including TRF, ICF, and marketing materials
- Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers
