Qualification: Fresh PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or Developmental Biology

Experience:
- Mandatory: Cell culture & molecular biology expertise
- Preferred: iPSC generation/handling, lineage differentiation, CRISPR gene editing
Project Associate I/II
- Age Limit: 25 years
- Qualification:
- MSc Life Sciences/Biotech (3+2 years), B.Tech Biotech, B.Pharm, or equivalent
- Training in cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology
- Experience: Preferred: Practical training in cell culture & basic molecular biology
Educational Requirements:
- Strong academic background in life sciences, biotechnology, cell biology, developmental biology, or molecular biology
- Practical laboratory training highly desirable
- For PDF position, a freshly awarded PhD degree required
Key Responsibilities:
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
- Generate human iPSC lines
- Differentiate hiPSCs into ocular cell lineages & organoids
- Perform molecular & histological analysis
- Carry out scRNA-seq & spatial transcriptomics
Project Associate I/II
- Generate CRISPR-edited gene knockout iPSC lines
- Characterize phenotypes & differentiation potential
- Support molecular assays, cell culture experiments & functional studies
Skills Required:
- Cell culture
- Molecular biology techniques
- iPSC handling (preferred)
- CRISPR gene editing (preferred)
- Data analysis, documentation & team coordination
