Position & Project Details
- Location: NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad, Haryana
I. Project Scientist-I (Sepsis Diagnostics)
- Project Title: “Targeted host genes-response profiling for EARLY diagnosis (prior to clinical symptoms) and segregation of adult sepsis cases into bacterial, viral, and fungal-mediated, for targeted therapy – A pilot study.”
- PI: Dr. Krishnamohan Atmakuri
- Number of Posts: One
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 75,000/- (Consolidated)
- Age Limit: 40 years
- Essential & Desirable Profile
- Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- Desirable Skills:

- Proficiency in bioinformatics analyses for metagenomes, whole genomes (with nanopore) and Nanostring.
- Strong wet lab experience.

- Job Description
- Oversee all project activities and coordinate with the clinical team for samples enrolment and collection.
- Perform RNA extractions, quality control of RNA extractions, and Nanostring work plus analyses.
- Data compilation and presentation for reports and meetings.
II. Project Research Scientist-I (TB Interventions)
- Project Title: “Exploring leucine metabolism pathway for development of novel interventions and vaccine against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.”
- PI: Dr. Ramandeep Singh
- Number of Posts: One
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 56,000/- plus HRA
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Essential & Desirable Profile
- Essential Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (including an integrated PG degree) from a recognized university.
- Desirable Skills:
- The candidate should also have a first-author paper in a PubMed-indexed journal.
- Expertise in Molecular Biology, microbiology, and tissue culture work.
- Familiarity with animal handling, protein purification, and biophysical assays.
