Job Details:
Seeking a motivated young professional to join our safety innovation & method-development team. The post-holder will work hands-on in the lab to develop and optimize biosensors, immunoassays (ELISA), lateral-flow devices, and nanoparticle-based reagents for point-of-care and research applications. The role also includes preparation of antigens and end-to-end antibody production and purification workflows.

- Age: Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India rules).
- Remuneration: Rs. 37000/- + 10% HRA per month
- Duration: 12 months

Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech (Biotechnology) OR M.Sc / M.Tech in Life Science / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Nanoscience / Biomedical / Molecular Biology
- OR Ph.D. Candidate (Non-PDF) with proven bench experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize biosensors and immunoassays (ELISA)
- Work on lateral-flow and nanoparticle-based diagnostic reagents
- Prepare antigens and perform antibody production and purification
- Support method development for point-of-care diagnostic research
Skills Required:
- Protein expression and purification techniques
- Affinity chromatography and assay validation
- Bio-conjugation and antibody engineering
- Basic statistical analysis for assay performance
- Knowledge of animal ethics and laboratory safety
