Job Description:
The lab assistant will support experimental and laboratory-based activities across science departments. The role involves working with departmental faculty, maintaining laboratory setups, handling scientific equipment, assisting in teaching labs, and ensuring safe laboratory operations. Qualification Essential:
B.Sc. (Earth & Environmental Sciences / Biological Sciences) with 50% of marks from a recognized university/institute.

Master’s degree in science. - Experience Essential:
3 years relevant experience in handling laboratory equipment and experiments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Preparation of laboratory setups for practical sessions.
- Assisting faculty and students during lab experiments.
- Maintaining laboratory records, inventories, and safety protocols.
- Supporting day-to-day functioning of departmental laboratories.
- Ensuring readiness of teaching lab sessions and practical evaluations.
