Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have a strong academic foundation in cellular biology or immunology.

  • Education: M.Sc/M.Tech with 3–5 years of experience OR Ph.D. with 1–2 years of experience.
  • Specialization: Advanced knowledge in T cell biology and primary T cell culture is highly preferred.
  • Core Skills: Experience in genetic engineering of mammalian cells and knowledge of regulatory requirements for preclinical studies.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Competencies

The Scientist will handle sophisticated laboratory workflows essential for this Research & Development Job:

  • Experimental Execution: Perform high-parameter Flow Cytometry (BD/BC platforms) and ELISA for CART product analysis.
  • Cell Engineering: Cell sorting (Miltenyi), cytotoxicity assays, cytokine assays, and cryopreservation.
  • Molecular Biology: Conduct ddPCR, qPCR, and PCR for genomic characterization.
  • Operational Management: Vendor coordination for analytical development and maintenance of lab inventory/equipment.
  • Documentation: Adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and contributing to technical reports for regulatory filings.
