Job Overview:
The Research Associate role in Bioanalytical Operations involves method development, validation, and sample analysis while ensuring strict compliance with GLP, OECD principles, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards within clinical research projects.
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. (Life Sciences or related discipline)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research or Bioanalytical Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods
- Process and analyze samples for assigned projects
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS instruments
- Prepare method SOPs and ensure compliance with system-specific SOPs
- Ensure GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Maintain instrument logs and calibration schedules
- Work as per OECD GLP principles
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques
