Key Responsibilities

The Associate is responsible for supporting crucial submission processes and managing essential documentation flow across the organization, which is essential for succeeding in regulatory affairs jobs.

  • PQR Management: Responsible for the timely creation, compilation, and distribution of Product Quality Reports (PQR) as applicable from the regulatory affairs system.
  • Certificate & Sample Tracking: Coordinate with affiliates and other stakeholders to gather information to closely track the progress on certificates and sample requests required for registration.
  • Document Handling: Coordinate the translation of documents required for submission with the registered vendor and ensure timely delivery to the end user (country affiliates).
  • System Management: Timely updates and archiving of requests on SharePoint to provide visibility of status to global affiliates. Perform bulk updates in the regulatory affairs system, as applicable, a critical function in regulatory affairs jobs.
  • Workflow: Manage task assignment to relevant stakeholders through accurate workflow management based on the category of requests received.
