TMF Support Team Lead – 1 Position
Job Overview:
This leadership role involves managing the TMF Support team, ensuring inspection readiness, overseeing QC and migration of TMF records, and collaborating with global functional leads. Candidates will ensure compliance with Sanofi SOPs and global regulatory requirements while driving efficiency, innovation, and high-quality service delivery
.Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related fields
- 3–5 years in clinical operations, R&D support, or TMF management
- Relevant experience in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, or document management
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage TMF Support team and activities
- Foster employee development and knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (SOPs, eTMF, inspection readiness)
- Collaborate with global teams on metrics, prioritization, and performance
- Implement process improvements and change management initiatives
- Manage budgets and oversee audits, inspections, and legal requests
- Mentor staff, manage hiring, training, and performance goals
Skills Required:
- Leadership, team management, and strategic thinking
- Knowledge of drug development, regulatory guidelines, and eTMF systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
