Project Details
NIAB’s current project is a multi-national effort to decode drug resistance and virulence mechanisms in Bovine Tuberculosis, requiring highly skilled scientific and administrative staff to manage its complex workflows.
- Project Title: “Unraveling the Mechanisms of Differential Virulence and Drug Resistance in Bovine TB.”
- Funding Agency: DBT (India) and BBSRC (UK).
- Job Locations: Hyderabad (Scientific Role) and Delhi (Administrative Role).
Position Details
- Position: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Fellowship: ₹ 42,000 + HRA.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
- Location: NIAB, Hyderabad.
- Qualifications & Expertise:
- Essential: M.Tech / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Immunology with 2 years of R&D experience.
- Desirable: Experience in cell culture, animal experiments, ELISA/FACS, and molecular biology.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in BSL3 laboratories and Mycobacterium tuberculosis research.
