Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a technical leader focused on driving quality assurance and systems compliance within the operation. This function involves ensuring that all quality executive job requirements are met to maintain high industry standards.
Desirable Qualification & Work Experience
- Education: Post Graduate calibre or equivalent, preferably in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technology/DIFAT.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Systems within the Food Processing / FMCG – Distillery, Brewery, and Beverage Industry. This experience solidifies the foundation for thriving in a quality executive job.
Key Skills & Exposure
- QMS Expertise: Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, developing quality-related SOPs and their control.
- Project Management: Experience in handling quality improvement projects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent coaching, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
