Key Responsibilities
- Manage controlled document creation, authorship, review, and revision
- Support global QC Network with document requests and tracking
- Analyze and organize QC data from LIMS, ELN, and other systems
- Facilitate process harmonization and alignment across QC teams
- Drive project deliverables and ensure QC compliance
- Participate in issue resolution and operational continuity
- Ensure documents meet cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for QC documentation structure
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain documentation accuracy
Education
- Degree in Microbiology or other Life Science
Experience
- Industry related Microbiology and/or Environmental Monitoring experience
- Quality Control laboratory experience
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of related experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience OR
- Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience OR
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience OR
Skills Required
- Technical writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of QC processes
- Experience with lab computer systems
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment
