Job Overview:
This QC documentation-focused role involves preparing, updating, reviewing, and issuing SOPs, specifications, and GMP-aligned documents. The position supports cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to pharmacopoeial guidelines and regulatory updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise SOPs, specifications, analytical methods
- Review pharmacopoeial updates and implement required changes
- Manage CipDox documentation, deviations, and records
- Issue and maintain bound books and documentation logs
- Support harmonization and simplification of QC documentation
- Coordinate with QC, QA, RA, R&D, ADL, and IPD
- Ensure 100% pharmacopoeial compliance
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences or equivalent degree
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in QC department of a pharmaceutical organization with knowledge of latest regulatory standards and compliance norms
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of GMP & cGMP
- Understanding of pharmacopoeias
- Strong documentation skills
