Job Overview:
This position supports the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 compliance. The QA Executive plays a vital role in documentation, CAPA, audits, and maintaining manufacturing quality within a regulated environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any relevant Life Sciences discipline.
- Specialization in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions
- Manage QMS documentation and regulatory records
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Assist with CAPA, complaint handling, and corrective actions
- Conduct root cause analysis and audit readiness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance
- Present QMS performance reports to management
- Manage supplier communications and evaluations
Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485 & 21 CFR 820
- Knowledge of MDSAP
- Document control, scientific writing, and compliance reporting
- Experience with medical device/pharma quality systems
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Accountability, integrity, and strong collaboration
- Ability to work independently and with teams
