Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of projects, processes, clinical sites, monitors, deliverables, and departments
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance (training records, test plans, CAPAs, audit reports, project documents)
- Track and review non-compliances, deviations, and CAPAs
- Support or lead supplier/vendor qualification and evaluation
- Support or lead client audits and regulatory inspections
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Write and review corporate SOPs and policies
- Conduct training sessions as needed
- Perform other QA-related duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field
- Preferred: QA certifications such as CQA, RAC, RQAP
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of QA processes in clinical research
- Knowledge of GxP and ISO regulations
- Experience in internal, vendor, or regulatory audits
- Attention to detail and documentation compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor others
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
