JOB OVERVIEW:
The Senior Executive – QA & QC will ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards at third-party manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include QA/QC operations, QMS implementation, audit handling, line trials, troubleshooting issues at 3P units, establishing processes for NPDs, and maintaining quality excellence across the Western region.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- M.Sc / B.Sc (IIP or SIES preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ISO 22716, ISO 9001, WHO GMP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily QA/QC handling at cosmetic manufacturing plants
- Manage 3P operations and coordinate trials
- Implement and oversee QMS
- Ensure compliance with ISO and GMP
- Troubleshoot issues at 3P sites
- Conduct FG audits and perform internal/external audits
- Manage RM/PM to FG flow
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong analytical and auditing skills
- Hands-on manufacturing QA/QC experience
- Deep understanding of cosmetic GMP standards
- Ability to manage multiple 3P vendors
- Problem-solving capability
- Independent working and stakeholder management
