Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for the systematic monitoring of meat processing stages to ensure they meet FSSAI and organizational benchmarks. This quality assurance job requires a hands-on approach to food safety, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Food Safety & Compliance
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all processes comply with HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI guidelines.
