Qualification:
Education: M.Sc in life sciences and microbiology , biotechnology , biosciences .
Experience: 1-6 yrs
Salary: It can range from 5 – 7 LPA
Job summary :
Proven expertise and hands-on experience in managing and operating a QMS.
In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations and principles of root cause analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Manage and execute detailed investigations for Deviations, Out-of-Specification
(OOS), and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, ensuring thorough root cause analysis
(RCA) and timely closure.
• Oversee the comprehensive investigation and resolution process for all quality
incidents and events occurring in manufacturing and laboratory areas.
• Handle Change Control (CC) management, including initiation, review, risk
assessment, impact analysis, and final closure of departmental and cross-functional
change requests.
• Manage the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) system to ensure
effective implementation and sustainability of quality improvements.
