Position 1: Project Associate-I
- Project title: “Development of high-throughput screening assays to identify antivirals targeting multiple stages of henipavirus life cycle” under
- PI: Dr. Madhuri Subbiah & Dr. Nagendra R. Hegde.
- Duration: Initially a period of six months.
- Pay: Consolidated pay of INR 32,300 p.m., including 27% HRA.
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years
Eligibility Criteria: Master’s degree in natural or agricultural sciences from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Candidates with prior experience in molecular techniques involving cell culture handling and molecular cloning experiences will be preferred.
Position 2: Project Technical Support-III
- Project Title: ‘X-ray crystal structure determination of V protein and its complexes from Nipah virus and Newcastle disease virus, structure-guided screening and validation of potential anti-V drugs.’
- PI: Dr. Madhuri Subbiah.
- Duration: One year initially, which may be renewed based on performance.
- Fellowship: Rs.28,000/- p.m. + HRA 30%.
- Upper Age Limit: 30 years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Life Sciences with 3 years research experience
- OR M.Sc. Life Sciences with 1 year post-PG experience
