Position Details
- Position Title: Project Assistant
- No. of Positions: 1
- Project Name: Understanding the Molecular Mechanism in Ceramide Induced Pathological Activation of Nek7/Nlrp3-Inflammasome
Project Description
NLRP3 inflammasome has been implicated in a wide range of diseases. Few studies have reported on the NLRP3-NEK7-complex axis role in disease pathogenesis. The functional role of NLRP3 needs to shed light to get deeper insights into the NEK7 role in human immune or inflammatory-mediated functions. Overall, our study will be critical to identify and facilitate the development of therapeutic regimes for better treatments of NLRP3 inflammasome-related inflammatory diseases.
