Job Overview:
The Executive Production role is responsible for maintaining departmental cleanliness, monitoring manufacturing and packing activities, ensuring data integrity, and implementing QEHS and GMP systems. This position is ideal for candidates from B.Tech Food Tech jobs backgrounds seeking hands-on exposure to regulated pharmaceutical production environments.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech Food Technology
- Suitable academic background for regulated food tech jobs and life science jobs
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain departmental cleanliness and sanitation activities
- Coordinate departmental activities as per 21 CFR Part 111
- Ensure GMP compliance and data integrity at all levels
- Train workmen on SOPs, hygiene, safety, and packing processes
- Monitor manufacturing and packing operations
- Allocate manpower and plan production schedules
- Implement QEHS policies and continual improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS, and Engineering teams
- Support internal and external audits
