Project Details
DBT-Indo-Canada project entitled “Understanding and exploiting the role of eukaryotic energy sensor TOR Kinase in enhancing thermotolerance and drought resistance in model and crop plants”, under the supervision of Dr. Ashverya Laxmi, Scientist, NIPGR.
Emoluments
₹. 58,000/- plus 27% HRA per month, as sanctioned in the project.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. (awarded) in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Plant Molecular Biology OR
- ME / M.Tech with 3 years of research experience, first-class academic record, and
- At least one research publication in peer-reviewed SCI journals
- Eligibility as per DST Office Memorandum DST/PCPM/Z-06/2022 (26 June 2023)
Desirable Qualifications
Research experience in the field of understanding temperature stress response in Arabidopsis is highly desirable.
