Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Review and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle documentation such as SOPs, BMR, BPR, deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
- Monitor and ensure quality assurance activities across manufacturing and microbiology operations.
- Review and approve QC and Microbiology reports.
- Participate in investigations of deviations, OOS, OOT, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and quality systems.
- Train production and QC staff on quality procedures.
Requirements (Skills & Experience):
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical company.
- Candidates with Microbiology lab exposure will be given preference.
- Strong understanding of GMP, documentation, audits, and QA systems.
- Experience in handling regulatory documentation and inspections.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to sign a 2-year service bond.
Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- B.Sc. in Microbiology
- Candidates with relevant experience in the microbiology field are also eligible.
Salary Structure:
- Salary: As per previous experience and current CTC
- Hike: Will be decided based on interview performance
