Job Summary:
-
Microbial Testing & Analysis
• Conduct routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples,
finished products, and water samples.
• Perform microbial limit tests, sterility tests, endotoxin testing (if applicable), and
bioburden analysis.
• Execute media preparation, culturing, streaking, inoculation, and colony counting. -
Environmental Monitoring
• Perform EM activities including surface monitoring, air sampling, settle plates, and
personnel monitoring in cleanroom areas.
• Maintain EM records and ensure timely trend analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Microbial Testing & Analysis
• Conduct routine microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples,
finished products, and water samples.
• Perform microbial limit tests, sterility tests, endotoxin testing (if applicable), and
bioburden analysis.
• Execute media preparation, culturing, streaking, inoculation, and colony counting. -
Environmental Monitoring
• Perform EM activities including surface monitoring, air sampling, settle plates, and
personnel monitoring in cleanroom areas.
• Maintain EM records and ensure timely trend analysis. -
Laboratory Operations
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, LAF,
pH meters, colony counters, etc.
• Ensure availability and proper handling of culture media, reagents, and consumables. -
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation as per GMP, GLP & SOP guidelines.
• Prepare and review logbooks, test reports, and analytical records.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory norms for biotech and pharmaceutical microbiology
labs. -
Quality & Safety
• Follow all safety procedures and hygiene protocols in the microbiology laboratory.
• Participate in internal audits, CAPA handling, and quality investigation processes.
Qualifications :
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
Experience: Minimun 1 year of experience
