Role Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Microbiologist to carry out microbiological testing for food,
cosmetic, and water samples ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform Total Plate Count (TPC), Yeast & Mold (Y&M) testing
· Conduct pathogen testing (Salmonella, E. coli, Staphylococcus, etc.)
· Execute Environmental Monitoring & Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET)
· Media preparation, culture maintenance, and sterility checks
· Maintain laboratory records as per NABL & GLP norms
· Handle internal audits and external inspections
· Ensure proper aseptic techniques and biosafety compliance
Required Qualifications
· B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology / Biotechnology
Experience Required
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in food, cosmetic, or water microbiology
· Strong operational knowledge of microbiological testing protocols
Required Skills
· Practical knowledge of microbiology testing procedures
· Documentation as per regulatory standards
· Strong observation, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
