Job Summary:
Mac-Chem Products India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Microbiologist with 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing microbiology. The candidate will perform routine microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, maintain lab compliance with GMP/GLP standards, and support audits and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct microbial analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental samples.

Perform microbial limit tests, sterility testing, and bioburden analysis as per SOPs.

Carry out environmental monitoring (air, surface, personnel, water).

Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media, reagents, and solutions.

Operate microbiological instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, laminar airflow units, and colony counters.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and safety guidelines.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibration records, and inventory of consumables.

Document test results accurately and support deviations, OOS, CAPA investigations, and audits.
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
