Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality warehousing and cold storage operations
- Maintain food safety licenses and regulatory compliance
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Perform temperature recording, calibration, validation, and mapping
- Ensure SOP compliance and effective complaint handling with root cause analysis
- Maintain QMS documentation and quality manuals
- Conduct QMS, PRP, FSMS, and HACCP training
- Coordinate pest control programs and handle government inspections
- Support vendor technical evaluation and business excellence initiatives
Education Qualification
B.E. Food Tech/ Science Graduate (microbiology/Biotech/Food Technology)
Experience
- 3-4 Experience in Food manufacturing/handling (specially frozen food)
- Preferably certification in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 22000 implementation.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of QMS, PRP, FSMS, and HACCP
- Experience with ISO documentation and audit processes
- SOP, CAPA, and root cause analysis expertise
- Understanding of cold-chain operations and temperature monitoring systems
- Stakeholder and client relationship management skills
