Job Overview:
Lead and train the downstream production team, and execute buffer preparation and IPQC operations. Operate and maintain chromatography, TFF, and virus filtration systems. Monitor key process parameters and maintain SOPs, BPRs, and qualification documents. Coordinate with QC/QA and manage raw material inventory.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation/B.Tech in Biotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as shift supervisor and lead the downstream team
- Buffer preparation for small- and large-scale operations
- CIP and SIP of chromatography, TFF systems, and vessels
- Operation of chromatography systems, TFF, virus filtration, and DS filtration
- Monitoring key process parameters
- Preparation and execution of SOPs, BPRs, and qualification documents
- Coordination with QC and QA teams
- Review of executed BPRs
- Raw material and consumables inventory management
- Operation and maintenance of autoclaves
- Deviation identification and investigation support
- Preparation of GMP qualification and validation documents
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of mammalian production processes
