Essential Qualifications (Meet One Criterion)
- Post Graduate (PG) in the field of life science/ biology/ genomics/ genetics. OR
- Three years of graduate studies in a relevant subject field plus three years of experience.
Desirable Qualifications (Molecular & Computational)
- Molecular Biology: Prior experience in molecular biology—specifically nucleic acid extraction, RT-PCR, and data analysis.
- Safety: Experience of working in a BSL-2/3 setup.
- Genomics/Bioinformatics: Basic understanding of pathogen surveillance/molecular biology/bioinformatics.
- Computational Skills: Experience of handling metagenomics data and data visualization; familiar with Python and R.
