Job Description
Amogen Pharma is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Associate to support business growth across domestic and/or international pharmaceutical markets. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
· Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, and professional
networking
· Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and corporate
clients
· Coordinate with internal teams for pricing strategies, proposals, and product offerings
· Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures
· Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Pharma industry preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Good knowledge of sales processes and client handling
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
Qualifications
· Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or
related fields
· Prior exposure to pharmaceutical products, markets, or B2B sales will be an added
advantage
