- Provide clinical training and support to internal associates and health care providers/surgeons.
- Conduct on-site and remote education delivery and clinical consulting, with ongoing support to surgical healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Provide operating room/real-time surgical consultancy in support of advanced technologies and procedural outcomes.
- Develop presentations for conventions, forums, and meetings to promote product development and adoption.
- Share product information/data analysis for clinical testing/research groups and R&D.
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineers to support clinical sites on new installations, site support, and troubleshooting.
- Address reports of Adverse Events requiring root cause analysis and requests for feedback/input from physicians.
- Attend and support medical congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, and wet-labs as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Biomedical.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in an equivalent or relevant field.
- Proficient in English.
