Job Overview:

Support the ADME team by actively contributing to the planning, execution, and interpretation of physicochemical and plasma protein binding studies. Key activities include kinetic solubility, LogD, Plasma stability, Blood stability, RED, and UCPPB assays. Time management and multitasking skills to meet the demand of high-volume wave 1 ADME assays to complete multiple projects within timelines. Contemporaneous recording of lab activities and experiments performed, practices high level of housekeeping. Adheres to all safety rules and maintains a safe workplace. Predominantly a laboratory-based job.

Educational Requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Biological Science

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of kinetic solubility, LogD, plasma stability, blood stability, RED, and UCPPB assays
  • Accurate data generation with high reproducibility
  • Documentation of experimental plans, raw data, and reports
  • SOP and EOP preparation
  • Reporting study results in cross-functional scientific meetings
  • Strict adherence to EHS, quality, and safety protocols
  • Supporting a safety-first laboratory culture at Syngene

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in in vitro ADME assays
  • Knowledge of enzyme kinetics and metabolism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism
  • Ability to troubleshoot assays independently
  • Experience with automation (desirable)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities
