- Extensive planning and execution of Kinetic solubility, LogD, Plasma stability, blood stability, RED, and UCPPB assays.
- Ensure accuracy and reproducibility of experimental data by following established protocols, optimizing assay conditions, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Maintain laboratory documentation including experimental plans, raw data, and study reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Contribute to method development and validation for new assays or improvements to existing workflows, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Preparation of SOP’s and EOPs.
- Reporting of executed studies without any noncompliance.
- Reporting of study results clearly in the cross-functional scientific meetings.
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team.
Educational Qualification:
M Sc in Biological Science.
Skills
- Lab experience in ADME/DMPK assays
- Data interpretation and scientific documentation
- Instrument handling skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with GraphPad Prism is preferred
