Key Responsibilities
As a coordinator job, you will work under general supervision, focusing on site activation and regulatory maintenance activities in the life science sector.
- Activation & Feasibility: Perform feasibility, site activation, and some maintenance activities for investigative sites.
- Document Management: Prepare site documents, review, track, and follow up on the progress, approval, and execution of required documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Forms (ICF), and Investigator Pack release documents.
- Compliance & Systems: Ensure activities adhere to applicable local and/or international regulations, SOPs, and project requirements. Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
- Quality Control: Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy in the sphere of life sciences work.
