Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial site lists with the Global Feasibility Lead
- Full oversight of feasibility and site identification processes
- Create feasibility surveys, coordinate programming, and manage survey accuracy
- Collect and analyze country/investigator feedback
- Ensure studies meet quality, timelines, and client expectations
- Evaluate global site information databases and data sources
- Manage target site list requirements and regional distribution
- Support identity matching and master data management
- Conduct literature and internet research for site intelligence
- Create electronic surveys and topline reports
- Participate in internal and client meetings
- Identify risks, develop contingencies, and ensure tracking tool updates
- Train global teams on feasibility and site ID processes
- Support audit documentation and system improvements
Education/Qualification:
University/college degree (life science preferred) from an appropriately accredited institution.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/ CRO or other equivalent experience with increasing level of responsibility in site selection, site identification, and feasibility, along with strong Excel skills.
