Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Biomedical, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Design History File (ISO 13485) and Risk Management documentation (ISO 14971)
- Execution of design verification protocols and test reports
- Device primary function testing as per ISO 11608, ISO 11040, ISO 6236
- Preparation of packaging documents, BOMs, artworks, transport studies, and specifications
- Vendor management for device suppliers and packaging components
- Technology transfer from development to commercialization
- Compliance with ISO, FDA, USP, and Ph.Eur. standards
- Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams
Skills Required:
- Experience in combination product design verification and risk analysis
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 11608 standards
- Expertise in pen injectors, autoinjectors, prefilled syringes
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams
