Key Responsibilities
- Support upstream process development, scale-up, and process characterization for mAb manufacturing.
- Develop robust and scalable processes to achieve desired product quality and yield.
- Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies during process development.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, QC, and QA teams for discussions on tech transfer and process improvement.
- Participate in tech transfer activities, coordinate with program management teams, and assist in regulatory support.
- Analyze data for critical decision-making and apply QbD/DOE concepts in upstream development.
- Maintain GDP-compliant raw data, prepare technical documents, SOPs, and reports.
- Stay updated on scientific and technological advancements in bioprocessing.
- Coordinate cross-team activities for smooth laboratory operations.

PhD Recent Graduates Only
Special Requirement
Candidate must have expertise in ONE of the following
- Omics Technologies (Metabolomics / Metabolic Flux Analysis)
- Bioprocess Modeling (Metabolic modeling / Digital twins / Process modeling)
- CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics for bioreactor simulations)
Skills Required
- Strong cell culture & upstream bioprocessing expertise
- Knowledge of QbD, DOE, and bioprocess modeling
- Excellent data analysis, documentation & technical writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong communication and scientific understanding
