Key Responsibilities
- Refresh existing field sales reports and identify improvement opportunities in reporting and BI tools.
- Create dashboards to visualize KPIs and enable decision-making for field leadership.
- Support territory optimization and sales force effectiveness initiatives through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Insights & Analytics, Marketing) to maintain consistency in methodologies.
- Delivery of projects with quality and timeliness.
- Quality check of the deliverables of self and peers.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards.
- Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience
1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with an understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics and Dashboard development.
Technical Skills
- Expert in Relational database technologies and concepts.
- Hands-on experience of using analytical tools like PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, advanced Excel (including VBA), etc. (Python is good to have).
- Experience of developing, refreshing, and managing dashboards.
- Experience with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, Salesforce) preferable.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing functions is preferable.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong presentation skills is a must
