Job Overview:
The Data Team Lead will manage complete data management delivery for single or multi-service studies with minimal oversight. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data handling while supporting study setup, device integration validation, data cleaning, and quality control. This clincal research job role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to mentor new team members.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather study setup requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
- Support and oversee validation of new device integrations.
- Perform routine data cleaning to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and sponsor expectations.
- Support training of new joiners and lead internal meetings.
- Track and manage project progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
- Manage implementation of new technology or database revisions.
- Collaborate with programming teams for innovation and automation.
- Maintain compliance with required trainings and eSOPs.
- Provide feedback for improvements to operational procedures and work instructions.
Skills Required:
- 3–4 years of clinical data management experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDM project lead (preferred).
- Strong understanding of drug development and clinical research processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and related tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
