Job Overview:
This role supports Project Leaders and Clinical Project Managers in coordinating clinical trial activities. You will maintain study documentation, manage project systems, track compliance, support trial communication, and help ensure smooth clinical operations aligned with GCP and ICH guidelines.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
- Excellent understanding of clinical research principles
- Basic knowledge of GCP and ICH-GCP guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation and study files
- Support coordination and tracking of study materials
- Assist with eTraining and compliance
- Update internal clinical systems (CTMS, TMF, etc.)
- Prepare project finance reports
- Support project meetings and presentations
- Capture and follow up on meeting action items
- Assist with onboarding new team members
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes
- Knowledge of CTMS, TMF filing
- Good planning and prioritization
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to collaborate across global teams
